Then head on up for some one on one at our basketball court, play a little cornhole or relax by your private fire pit. Whether itu2019s romance or family time you seek, your Hideaway stay will provide memories for a lifetime.

Space

Nestled on 8 privately gated and wooded acres, Highwater Hideaway offers luxurious accommodations, AC & heat, a private bathroom and a spacious deck. Inside you'll find a well-appointed kitchenette with a coffee maker, an electric plate/stove, microwave, and a mid-size fridge (no oven). You will have access to common cooking tools, such as pots, skillets and the like. Relax around a comfortable living area that includes a sofa, a smart TV and a small dining table with seating for 4. Outside you will find flat top griddle, fire pit, a one on one basketball court and comfortable seating to relax. We also provide music, board games, toiletries, a hair dryer, coffee and creamer.

A $35 per stay pet fee applies and must be collected in advance of your stay. This fee allows for up to 2 pets, less than 50 lbs. each. As a guest of a Timberroot Rustic Retreat, you agree to adhere to the following policies.rnrnu2022 Your dog must be approved and added to your reservation at least 48 hours prior to your check-in date. Contact Guest Services to have your pet added to your reservation.rnu2022 Pets are not allowed on any furniture or bedding. Therefore, all pets must be crated overnight and crated when left unattended for any amount of time. rnu2022 Your pet(s) must be leashed at all times when outside on the property. rnu2022 All waste must be picked up and disposed of properly.rnu2022 No aggressive dogs are allowed on the property.rnrnIf there is evidence of non-compliance with the policies stated above, penalty fees will apply. Management reserves the right to assess each situation differently and use discretion when applying damage or penalty fees. All grills, fire pits, and fires should be kept contained. Guests are responsible for ensuring that all fires are completely extinguished after use.rnrnu2013No Parties or Eventsu2013 rnrnThis rental may only be used for overnight lodging accommodations and may not be used for weddings, parties, bachelor/bachelorette gatherings, conferences, corporate events, business dinners, cocktail parties, unless specifically permitted by Timberroot management. Only Guests associated with the reservation are allowed on premises at any time. Failure to abide by this policy may result in additional fines and/or eviction from the property.rnrnu2013Media/Event Use Restrictionu2013 rnrnTimberroot accommodations may not be used or reproduced for, or as part of, any online listing, photographic production, television production, movie/film production, wedding event, party, or in any other way in which our property becomes a setting for amateur or professional use of producing, staging, or otherwise, without Timberrootu2019s express written consent.rnrnu2013Good Neighbor Policyu2013 rnrnTimberroot Vacation Rentals are designed for families and friends to peacefully enjoy their stay. Timberroot does not tolerate any partying, loud noise, excessive occupancy limits, illegal parking, etc. that violate policy or interfere with our neighbor's peaceful enjoyment of their community.rnrnu2013 Pests u2013 rnrnWe take great care to ensure our properties are free from pests. Our properties are regularly treated by professional pest control and our staff takes preventative measures to keep pests out. However, as our properties are located in wooded areas, it is possible for guests to encounter insects and/or small woodland creatures like mice. If you do encounter an unwelcome pest inside your lodging, please contact our Guest Services team immediately so that our grounds team can address the problem as quickly as possible. We ask that guests help us prevent pests by keeping doors and window screens closed and maintaining proper cleanliness during their stay. By booking with us, you accept that encountering insects and woodland creatures is a possibility and that no refunds will be issued for such instances.rnrn-Firearms & Weapons- At Timberroot Rustic Retreats, the safety and security of our guests is our top priority. We strictly prohibit the use or discharge of firearms, or any other projectile weapons on any of our properties. Any violation will result in immediate eviction without compensation and possible referral to local law enforcement. We encourage the responsible use of firearms and welcome you to visit the local state game range or firing ranges for safe practice with your firearms. We take this policy very seriously to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests.rnrn-Deposits- Please note that guests 21 and under will be charged a $200 refundable deposit subsequent to receiving their booking confirmation. Please review our policy forbidding parties, events and unregistered guests to ensure your stay abides with this policy and does not jeopardize your deposit.rnrn-Porthole Window- There is a porthole window near the door. It is sealed shut and guests should not open it.
