Luxury Burgess Falls Dome at Center Hill Lake

The Property
Each dome on property combines glamping charm with upscale amenities.
Fully insulated for comfort in all seasons, Burgess Falls features:
A queen bed, pull out bed, additional seating/lounging space, smart TV, board games, and robes.
Kitchenette: Coffee maker, toaster, induction plate, microwave, mid-size fridge, cookware, and dining table for 2. (Note: no oven.)
Bathroom: Private bath with shower, toiletries, and hair dryer.
Outdoor Living: Private deck with hot tub, BBQ grill, fire pit, and seating to enjoy panoramic lake views.

Guest Access
At the end of a paved road, you’ll take a short (~100 yard) gravel drive to reach the summit. The gravel is somewhat steep but suitable for standard vehicles. Parking is available on a private gravel pad next to the dome’s wooden staircase (about 25 steps). A car is recommended for exploring the area, with private parking provided onsite.

House Rules
Minimum Stay: 2 nights required. Single-night bookings may be canceled.
Pets: Allowed under policy; $35 fee, max 2 pets under 50 lbs. Must be crated when unattended.
No Smoking: Smoking/vaping prohibited indoors or in community spaces.
No Parties or Events: Registered guests only.
Fire Safety: Use fire pits, grills, and hot tub responsibly. Local burn bans may apply.

Safety Notes
Property is in a natural, wooded area; occasional wildlife or insects possible.
Exterior stairs required to access dome (25 steps).
Hot tub, fire pit, and grills are used at guest’s own risk.

Cameras:
For guest safety, exterior cameras may be present, monitoring entrances and outdoor activity only. No cameras are placed inside the property.

Guests are responsible for their own safety when using the hot tub, fire pit, or grill.

Rental Agreement
Guests must sign our rental agreement to finalize their booking. A secure link will be provided immediately after your booking request.

Cancellations
You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days before arrival for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit all monies paid. Cancellations or no-shows within 7 days of check-in will be billed the entire reservation amount.

Pet Policy
We’re happy to welcome your four-legged friends! Up to 2 pets (under 50 lbs each) are allowed with a $35 per-stay fee, collected in advance. Please be sure to add your pets to your reservation.
During your stay:
Crating is required overnight and whenever pets are left alone (crates available for rent—just ask Guest Services).
Pets should remain off furniture and bedding.
Leashes are required outdoors, and please remember to clean up after your pets.
For everyone’s comfort and safety, aggressive pets are not permitted.
Owners are responsible for any damage or injury caused by their pets. We realize that accidents happen, so please contact Guest Services immediately if an issue arises—we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
Examples of fees for non-compliance:
$70 – Pets on bedding or furniture (excessive hair)
$150 – Unregistered pets or pets in non-pet-friendly lodging
$70–$500+ – Cleaning/repairs for damages (e.g., chewed fixtures, soiled bedding, excessive hair)

No Smoking
Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are not permitted indoors at any Timberroot property or in shared community spaces. Evidence of smoking or related odors/damage inside the property—or cigarette damage/debris outside—will result in a minimum $150 fine.
Smoking is permitted outdoors or on uncovered decks. Please keep doors and windows closed so smoke/vapor does not enter the property, and dispose of cigarette butts fully extinguished in exterior trash bins.
Use of illegal substances (including marijuana where prohibited by law) is strictly forbidden. Violations may result in fines and/or eviction.

No Parties or Events
This rental may only be used for overnight lodging accommodations and may not be used for parties, conferences or events, unless specifically permitted by Timberroot management. Only Guests associated with the reservation are allowed on premises at any time. Failure to abide by this policy may result in additional fines and/or eviction from the property.

Media/Event Use Restriction
We encourage guests to take and share personal photos of their stay - your memories are always welcome here. But, for the comfort of all guests, any professional, commercial, or staged photography/videography (including weddings, films, brand shoots, or promotional productions) requires Timberroot’s written consent in advance.

Fireplaces, Fire Pits, and Grills
Fire pits, fireplaces, grills and other combustibles at their own risk. All grills, fire pits, and fires should be kept contained. Guests are responsible for ensuring that all fires are completely extinguished after use.  Use of fire pits may be impacted by local burn bans.

Pool, Spa, & Hot Tub
Our pools, spas, and hot tubs are here for your enjoyment and are used at your own risk. For safety, children and anyone needing assistance must always be supervised by a capable adult. Please replace spa covers when not in use, and follow all posted rules and regulations at each facility.

Our properties are professionally treated for pests, but due to the wooded setting, guests may still encounter insects or small woodland creatures. Please help prevent pests by keeping doors/windows closed and maintaining cleanliness. Refunds are not issued for pest sightings. If an issue arises, contact Guest Services for quick assistance.
