To ensure that the property is not damaged, all dogs must be crated overnight and left unattended for any amount of time. When outside on the property, your dog(s) must be leashed at all times. Also, please pick up all waste and dispose of it in appropriate receptacles.

No aggressive dogs are allowed on the property, and the owner is responsible for all damages or injuries caused by their dog(s) during their stay. Please note that cats and exotic pets are not allowed at Tennessee Glamping.

Things To Note

It’s important to note that our minimum stay requirement is two nights, and we may have to cancel single-night bookings. Also, please be aware that the bathroom lights are activated with a cord next to the vanity, as there is no wall switch.

Access

From Waverly, TN, you will be directed down Clydeton Rd, following the lake on your left. Make a slight right turn to go down Jack Saunderson. You will see the sign for Mason’s Boat Dock on your right. Take the next left onto Highwater Road. Our dome will be about 500 feet on the left.

When you arrive, follow Google Maps to our gate, where you will find a lockbox containing the gate remote (code provided in your check-in instructions). Parking is available on the easily accessible gravel driveway. Your dome is located on a deck 4 steps above ground level.

Pests

We take great care to ensure our properties are free from pests. Our properties are regularly treated by professional pest control, and our staff takes preventative measures to keep pests out.

However, as our properties are located in wooded areas, it is possible for guests to encounter insects and/or small woodland creatures like mice. If you encounter an unwelcome pest inside your lodging, please contact our Guest Services team immediately so our grounds team can address the problem as quickly as possible.

We ask that guests help us prevent pests by keeping doors and window screens closed and maintaining proper cleanliness during their stay.

By booking with us, you accept that encountering insects and woodland creatures is a possibility and that no refunds will be issued for such instances.
