Things To Note

Access

Eagle’s Nest (Dome 1) requires the most effort to access, but it offers its own rewards. To reach it, you need to park at the sign off the gravel road. Then, you will need to descend a fairly steep gravel walkway that has approximately 27 timber stairs. After that, you will need to climb approximately 70 wooden steps to reach the deck of the dome.

Domes 1 and 3 are located approximately 75 yards away from the yellow shipping container.

Fiery Gizzard (Dome 2) is the first dome you will come across and provides the easiest access to adventure with a semicircular gravel driveway that puts you within a short downhill walk from your vehicle.

Raven’s Point (Dome 3) is the last dome. To get there, you need to park at the sign off the gravel road. Then, you will need to walk down a short, gentle slope and climb approximately 25 wooden steps that switch back to the deck of the dome.

Transit

Eagle’s Nest (Dome 1), you should take Gap Road for approximately 2.9 miles. As you continue driving, you’ll notice that the paved road will transition to gravel. At this point, you should follow the fork to the right. You’ll immediately find a sign for Dome 2 on your right. One important thing to keep in mind is that the domes are not in numerical order. They are sequentially numbered as 2, 1, and 3. It’s also crucial not to take the path to the left, as it is a private road.

Pests

We take great care to ensure our properties are free from pests. Our properties are regularly treated by professional pest control, and our staff takes preventative measures to keep pests out.

However, as our properties are located in wooded areas, it is possible for guests to encounter insects and/or small woodland creatures like mice. If you encounter an unwelcome pest inside your lodging, please contact our Guest Services team immediately so our grounds team can address the problem as quickly as possible.

We ask that guests help us prevent pests by keeping doors and window screens closed and maintaining proper cleanliness during their stay.

By booking with us, you accept that encountering insects and woodland creatures is a possibility and that no refunds will be issued for such instances.
