Things To Note

Burgess Falls Dome requires a short walk from our gravel parking area down a solid staircase to your private multi-level deck. If stairs are a concern, please consider booking Twin Falls Dome, which offers more direct access.

At the end of the paved road, take a short gravel road (~100 yards) to the top of the summit. The gravel road is steep and bumpy but suitable for standard vehicles.

From US-70. Come to the private drive at 4996 Sparta Hwy Smithville, TN 37166. This is the easiest mailbox to see. Follow the paved drive (pass 3 houses on the right) to the gravel drive, and continue up the gravel drive to the top of the top of Summit (~100 yards). Burgess Falls is the second dome on the right. As a landmark, the mailbox is across the street, just East of the Center Hill Restaurant & Hotel, and is under renovation.

We take great care to ensure our properties are free from pests. Our properties are regularly treated by professional pest control, and our staff takes preventative measures to keep pests out.

However, as our properties are located in wooded areas, it is possible for guests to encounter insects and/or small woodland creatures like mice. If you encounter an unwelcome pest inside your lodging, please contact our Guest Services team immediately so our grounds team can address the problem as quickly as possible.

We ask that guests help us prevent pests by keeping doors and window screens closed and maintaining proper cleanliness during their stay.

By booking with us, you accept that encountering insects and woodland creatures is a possibility and that no refunds will be issued for such instances.
